Pros
Small Family-like environment. Employees are treated fairly, they are respected and their voices are heard. I love working in an environment where I feel like my work is valued. I am excited to come to work everyday, and cannot wait to see the company grow.
Cons
With smaller firms you loose the perks of working for large corporations. However, you gain much more valuable traits such as a feeling like a valued employee.
