Pros

The patients are the only reason to suffer the most toxic people in charge of mismanagement directives.

Cons

Every micromanager bent on making life miserable for the provider and office manager. Everything the micromanager does and reports to. Corporate and regional managers don’t care about the patient promise and will position trainees as if they’re licensed hearing Instrument specialists. They claim they’re trained but there’s zero supervision. Did I mention the micromanager?

Pros

The ultimate reward of adding the quality of hearing back to a patient and their families. Miracle Ear has rewarded me in so many ways. I've been with Miracle Ear for 25 years and I've never looked back. I'm rewarded when I see the difference I get to make in someone's life. I'm compensated well for my knowledge and experience via income, rewards and a leadership that cares. I feel seen with this company and it has been great to my family. Miracle Ear continues to provide to necessary tools of learning and the best equipment to allow us to keep up with today's new technology. Corporate company yet it feels like family.

Cons

Adapting to new procedures very often as Office Managers.

Pros

- I/we LITERALLY change lives, for the IMMENSE better, every single day! - A fantastic work culture where everyone is thought about, cared for, treated, and paid well. - Training is provided which allowed/allows me to truly feel ready and prepared for my job each and every day. - Management is there to help guide us but is not there to micro-manage us.

Cons

- The company allows me to work as much as I would like IOT to help as many people as possible. Well, this then leads to me working more than 40-hours/week. With that said, that's a CHOICE. It's not obviously mandated. Not sure if it's a con, or not, but I could not think of anything else for the "Cons" box.
