Pros
Most of the companies in Korea, they have very strict rules that employees must follow or they will get fired, but Miracom has adopted the Americanized style (CEO continuously trying to make the company more like the companies in U.S., such as Microsoft, Amazon, Google, etc) so you don't get that pressure.
Cons
Even though the company is trying to adopt U.S. style, it is still in Korea, so many employees work on weekends and overtime.
