Pros

easy work, a child can learn even the toughest of jobs in this company

Cons

1. Job security depends on the contracts/orders this company gets, the day they lose their orders they kick their employees out( only the ream leaders and supervisors get to stay). 2. Hungry for free labour- frequently hire college students by offering no-pay co-op option; easy way to get some free labor. 3. almost 90% of the staff consists of immigrant people and students, i.e. people desperate for a job and would want to work under pressure with minimum pay. 4. people working in the packaging/shipment department normally never have time to eat their lunch. 5. if a woman gets some prolonged sickness or even pregnant towards the end of their contract, will most probably get kicked out. 6. absolutely no benefits. 7. collect money even for occasions like Christmas celebrations. 8. the most hard-working co-worker got fired just because he wasn't 'liked' by the company owners. 9. their is no HR so no employee really has a way to complain about any work related problem, ( if someone goes to the owners complaining about something, big chances that that employee will get fired) 10. Insurance for accidental work place injuries is claimable only if the employee is ready risk his job for fighting for that insurance.(either lose your eye or lose your job ). 11. thy hire as many people as they can during summers since that is when they most contracts, start of winters is when people tart getting fired, so be ready for some bad news when the winters start.

Pros

Good co workers. That’s it.

Cons

If the owners weren’t so selfish and expected $20 an hour performance for minimum wage it would be a good place to work. Owners pick leadership based upon who they like and not by work performance or how long you have been with the company. They “hire” co-op students to work 2 weeks for free and make them do terrible jobs. I could write a book on this place, but they aren’t worth my time. Don’t work here.
