It is not possible to do all the things required for this position. It is expected that you can work a busy front desk as a Reception IN ADDITION to the positions listed. It is not possible to transcribe and make editions to intricately formatted reports approaching 100 pages in length, often several at once, with the constant interruption of phone calls opening new cases, deliveries, etc. Principals are control freaks who consider themselves perfectly reasonable. I lasted longer than most, but learned about the long line of people who had the position before me and the many times I've seen it posted since. You are set up to fail here. Also the principals travel frequently and will reduce your hours while they are gone, sometimes weeks at a time.
