Look, I took this job excited about the work, but the compensation was insulting from day one and it only got worse as the scope kept expanding. I was basically doing multiple roles' worth of work, which honestly gets old when you're not being paid for it. The workload kept piling up but the salary never budged, which makes you start resenting the job itself even when the work isn't inherently terrible.
