      Pros

      The leadership team really cares for all people who interact with our organization. Employees are valued and invested in. Organizational efficiency is strived for while maintaining a personal connection to each employee and stakeholder. I personally have been provided many opportunities to learn from managers and the COO. Having the opportunity to work closely with the leadership of this organization provides amazing opportunities to be challenged, learn, and grow.

      Cons

      None really to speak of at this point. Some days are stressful and and long, and many times there are many moving pieces to balance at one. However, the management team realizes this and tries to really ensure that we don't ever get burnt out.

      Pros

      The people are the best. It is the best part of the job, from leadership down to new hires. It is the core of the company. Everyone is so. friendly and ready to help with both feet. I have never experienced such an organization that genuinely cares about its people. They also never use the term "we are family." I like that they don't sell anyone on the company or roles.

      I can't say there are any cons to this place.
