As the Founder/Principal of Mission Staffing, I take the comments and reviews to heart, positive or negative. Upon independently starting the firm, my goal was to pair myself with employees/partners that shared common values and a similar approach to business. Treating candidates and clients alike with a high level of respect, honesty and integrity was priority. I'm proud to say it's been 21 years since our inception and have serviced hundreds of elite clients and thousands of candidates. I've learned that you cannot meet everyone's expectations but if you can make enough of a positive impact along the way, it can equate to a phenomenal outcome!
