Pros

There are still a few good people working in the field and in some of the offices. Plenty of time off since they keep losing work and employees.

Cons

Nepotism is rampant here at this company and it’s only getting worse. Upper management is completely inept at many levels. They create management jobs in fear of lawsuits not quality level of person. A lot of upper management and is clueless to inspection industry and it shows. Upper management seeks a paycheck only. They care less about employees it’s all about putting their buddies or family in positions. They actually have created job titles for some of the worst employees a company has ever seen. People who’ve been kicked off job after job get rewarded because of who they know. Pay increases? Don’t think about it they make excuses for that one all the time. They will cut your benefits with no warning. They cut 401k match to employees just did it. Then they changed the match percent it’s all about them. I’m sure they didn’t take cuts. Doesn’t matter what they tell you when they hire you they’ll cut you whenever it fits their needs but they’ll make a spot and create a title for some slob who hasn’t done anything for the company. Upper and middle management haven’t been in office since since covid started. Not that they were around too much before that but now it’s like they really don’t care. Consensus is they are all sitting at home on Facebook all day getting paid for nothing. Good employees are leaving all the time.

Pros

Awesome company with plenty of opportunities to get grow and learn. The Hiring process and training environment was great. You definitely feel like part of a team and feel like any concerns you have no matter the department will be addressed.

Cons

I honestly do not have any cons. This is a traveling career so if that is not for you just be aware of that.

Pros

- Long-term stability - Option to work remote depending on job - Can stay contained within a small team for more efficient work despite overarching corporate atmosphere (also job dependent) - Lots of good, honest, hardworking people there

Cons

- Leadership can feel disconnected, uninformed, and tone-deaf with decision-making surrounding products, teams, and messaging - Stagnant pay scale, no real ladder to climb with benchmarks and consistent pay increases - Inefficient communication and operation between cross-functional teams, leads to more friction working internally than it should
