Great brand to sell with manufacturers bonus. In store management and owners are sensitive to having a life outside of work.
Cons
Management has lost their mind. In 8 months, 4 F & I managers left, as well as a great Sales manager. Pay plan revisions have cut pay 20-40% this year compared to the last few years. New BDC department staffed by 19 year olds who act like children and get $15 an hour for showing up - If you sell a customer they put their name on, you can spend days with a customer and get only $50 before taxes. Unstable situation created poor morale; it used to be a gentleman's store but now people act like wild dogs. Mornings start with a meeting where the sales staff (including customers) is insulted. Used cars are filthy and sometimes in bad cosmetic condition. Cars are sold or wholesaled and stay on the website for a week or two, creating tension when customers make appointments to buy them. Detail department is mold-covered and a risk of sickness. The guys clean cars for 3 stores and are overworked. There is nowhere to park because the place was outgrown a long time ago.
