Immediate international C-level exposure and brilliant colleagues in the US and Europe. Unrivaled alumni network and diversified leadership in years past when it wasn't so concentrated in the hands of the CEO. Offshore analytics and graphics support is good enough for most projects.

As a lower level employee who observed the CEO speaking greater than 50 percent of the time in unprofessional, misogynist ways with racially insensitive overtones, I had no one to complain to since HR is completely outsourced (they don't tell you that when they hire you), and the CEO controls all aspects of it so work here at your peril since he will not hesitate to create conflict. During internal team meetings the CEO sets unrealistic deadlines and makes promises to clients that require you to work around the clock while he is indifferent to your weekend plans (with inappropriate vulgarity toward us) and forces the team to compete internally under high stress conditions created solely by him, as opposed to real client demands. I observed the CEO terminate employees for no real reason except he didn't like that they didn't laugh at a racially insensitive joke or they publicly disagreed with him about lying to a client just to get the work. No forum for reporting CEO's ethical violations or unprofessional conduct. The CEO's spouse is also part of leadership.
