      Coworkers were the best at M&N. That was the only reason I stayed there.

      Cons

      Management lacks clear direction and strategic thinking. Since the Fanatics acquisition, the business has struggled to maintain its previous standards. Operational efficiency has dropped significantly under the new leadership

      One of my favorite creative departments I've ever worked in!! Really enjoyed it here and would recommend. Great benefits.

      Who you get as a manager does matter but I liked mine!

      Pros

      Had a wonderful time working at Mitchell and Ness. It’s a great company and the creative department is a really great team to be a part of. Everyone is kind and has unique perspectives. Good benefits (unlimited PTO, good health insurance options, retirement options).

      Pay is ok, not bad, not best
