The Writing is on the Wall - Project Engineer Mitchell Plastics Employee Review

I was there when Joe built his brand new Engineering Hub building in 2017. from the first days; you hear about this Operator is "having a good day" or "bad day". HR offices are installed directly next to plant floor, etc. The Heat Stress, POM warnings are all in direct relation to past incidents with the company. These were all minor things that can be overlooked but I decided to attend the summer BBQ that year and NOT A SINGLE ENGINEER, DESIGNER, PROGRAM MANAGER, etc attended that event at Bingemans from his new building. This is where the title Writing on the Wall comes into effect. There is a large divide between worker to Middle Management to Upper Management and this company has gotten various other negative reviews from others that I know have encountered there.
