Well, there are really way too many to actually state but since the company doesnt really care about employer branding, i'm going to do my part to help future job seekers.
Management style:
- Chinese dynasty ruled by an emperor in extreme denial with the grand eu**** with a negstive public record running the show. In short, your only KPI is to provide sufficient emotional value to the grand eu**** to ensure promotions/$$$.
- Professionalism and work is really not required. We have diverse backgrounds with amazingly inflated titles packed with amazingly little knowledge and relevant work experience.
- Value of work experience gained compared to actual commercial organizations, none.
- Grand e***** and the concubines expect people to leave in 1-2 years and hence, if you're looking for career longevity , all the best.
- Mental health + Career progression are taboo topics unless you are providing sufficient emotional value to the key members in the court.
