Manufacturing needs a little improvement. There is no large volume production yet. Still in a R&D to production transition stage

Amazing environment and culture. Everyone likes each other and is willing to help. The Senior Managers are always available to chat with.

There is almost nothing I can think of that I didn't like at Mitralign. Only the location was a little bit hard to reach if you are not from the surrounding area.
