Nothing good to write about this company

Mitrata is a place set up by all unprofessionals . They have zero knowledge about the industry , no prior experience of micro finance by the MD himself and also poor policies of human resource. The only piece of advice to anyone planning to join Mitrata : Kindly be very cautious before getting into their trap . MAnaging Director talks too high about the organisational structure, their achievement and their upcoming policies but once you spend 15 days at their office, reality comes in some other form only. So called senior management comprises of worst people once can get to work with. People are hired and then fired for any reason one cannot even think of. People handling is really poor at Mitrata.

There is nothing best to join them. no matter if you are dying with hunger that’s ok but joining them will kill you even worst way. they use there employee time and talent and once the work done they fire them. they play with your hope dream. Please never be part of these organisations

The MD is very clever. He only use their employees and once the work done fire them on the basis of no valid point. it’s like being a part of haunted place. if you care about yourself than don’t be part of there game. According to him MFI is not a non profit organisation but it is profitable organization because they are making money from rural poor.
