Pros
Willing to give a chance to inexperienced developers. A chance to build experience with technologies which are in demand. High morale in the sales and support departments. Office grounds are pleasant. An excellent source of contract work. Would recommend for contractors.
Cons
Pay is low and developers are not treated with respect. As a result, morale is very low, and they have a very high turn-over rate. They had difficulty attracting experienced talent, so there were a lot of inexperienced programmers with no mentoring. Upper management is unprofessional and vindictive. They also seem inexplicably dismissive of quality control. Expect to be micromanaged, but not well. Some of this may be due to the parent company, which could be placing unreasonable demands on local management.
