Pros

This company doesn't deserve the level of bad reviews it receives. Take them with a grain of salt since most are probably left by those who couldn't perform. Here's why Mitratech is a great employer: Focused on growth (and employees benefit from this) and leading the market True employee engagement (and the company cares about this engagement) True employee training and development Work/Life balance (yes, you will work hard, but don't mistake that for loss of work/life balance - this company knows there's more to life than work) Benefits (they are truly comprehensive) Opportunity for all levels (abundance of truly entry-level roles as well as internal promotions) Great group of people (and lack of office politics) True transparency about the business with its employees

Cons

I just wish some of my peers would relax and stop thinking they should be promoted every 12 months. I wish more current employees would post.

Pros

Nice co-workers and a generally supportive peer-level environment. Remote work provides flexibility and helps with work-life balance. Mitratech also has a large client base and is a well-known player in the compliance and legal technology space, which provides good exposure to enterprise customers and established products.

Cons

Stressful would be an understatement. Compensation often felt below market value for the workload and expectations. The management culture felt very clique-oriented, and advancement opportunities seemed heavily dependent on relationships rather than performance. On the sales side, there was a high level of micromanagement throughout deals, which made it difficult to work autonomously. Wins were rarely celebrated because the focus immediately shifted to the next deal in the pipeline.
