      Excellent team, insanely fun work environment, guest list for just about any festival or club night, rare opportunity to work in both print and digital.

      Cons

      The salary wasn't particularly high, but was certainly comparable with similar positions within the electronic music digital media space.

      Fun environment, full of passionate people who tend to be friends in addition to coworkers. Flexibility to be part of digital, print and live event projects.

      They party, which is fun.

      Cons

      It's more of a dance music PR company than an actual media outlet. How beholden they are to brand partnerships and writing puff pieces of big name DJs gets old quick.
