Pros
- There's a lot of work for very interesting clients. - They invite you with the family for their summer party and Trysil trip
Cons
- Archaic software stack. Don't expect to work with new and fancy things. - Feels like the tech teams are understaffed and struggling, and the company mostly invests in sales - The number of events the company organizes requires that you give the company a lot of your personal time for free. Company trips almost always include Saturdays. - Bad work life balance. The company claims they are one big family, but it feels you have to choose either your own family or them. - Company and the management make difficulties when having to work remotely. I heard on the corridors that COVID was a blessing because there was remote work and no company outings. - Salaries are on the low end. Moving to competition gave me a 30% pay increase. Bonus and stock program tries to address this, but those are not a part of the base salary and other companies also have that.
