Pros

Chance to work with cool clients and motivated people

Cons

Almost every day many staff were there very early or very late on top of normal hours, with an attitude of seeing how much they can squeeze from you - the more client work the better regardless of your wellbeing. You’d be questioned for leaving on time. Every week someone would be in tears. Clients would often shout and us down the phone and belittle us. No support for crazy workload and high stress environment and no training provided to speak of at the time I was there. The rate of staff turnover was unbelievable and pay was poor. Socially it was also very toxic with some senior staff engaging in unprofessional behaviour and more junior staff forming cliques and complaining about one another openly. You either lived by the company culture or you were out.

Pros

Mobas has invested a great deal in Learning and Development over the past two years. There is a new L&D function, branded CPD programme and a commitment to professional development. It has a great team feel, everyone pulls together and we get to work on a broad range of clients and projects.

Cons

As with all agencies, the workload can be high at times and deadlines are sometimes short, but point me to an agency where that isn't the case?! The team work well together and the work is always of a high standard.
