      Pros

      - Amazing colleagues especially when you are new to the Country. - Great Human Resource Team and ready to onboard and help you with on almost everything including Governement related work. - Great exposure to new services and technology, creates a high and fast learning pace. - Company events and talks is a good feel especially when you had a long week. - Colleagues from different Countries and background, gives really a great Multi-Cultural vibes. - Management Team is always ready to explore new option and list to employee's opinions (obsly for the ones that makes sense). - The company is always growing with new colleagues from different countries - Always has new positions open and always internal staff to grow towards those new positions.

      Cons

      - To be honest, I cant think of any. Every organization/company has its cons and disadvantages, it's how we as individual's look at a given problem and try to help solve it together. As the management team is always ready for change and to improve the disavantages, it is a good approach.

While there are opportunities for advancement, the process can be opaque and somewhat dependent on internal networking rather than merit alone. Salary increments have been modest in recent years, which could be discouraging considering the workload and industry standards. Communication from upper management regarding company changes and strategies could be more transparent, leaving employees feeling out of the loop at times.
