- No interesting projects. Majority of projects @ Mobica are Testing,Documentation or bug fixing. -Little career progression unless who are in the 'in crowd'. -Poor senior management. -Single people more likely to be shipped onsite for months on end. -Happy to fire people when the times get tough. -Significantly below market rate salaries and increments. If you are an engineer - try to avoid this Bodyshop.
