I experienced an abrupt employment termination at Mobigic due to project closure, without any prior notice or compensation in lieu of notice. This situation has caused a significant disruption and does not align with standard employment practices. Proper communication and support during transitions reflect the ambition of a company to care for its people. I believe there is scope for improvement in handling project-dependent roles and employee offboarding more responsibly.
