The strength of this company is its positive energy you feel with the team as everyone works with joy and at the same time they guide you in a right way.! I always feels this company as my second family.

No one forces you to work hard but for sure the environment in the office boosts you to work more. I am not sure if it’s a negative.

Colleagues are great and helpful. Nothing else is exciting .

No bonus , No flexible work time (you have to come to work by 10 am and so much work that you will leave by 9 pm or so and if don't come at 10 am then be ready for hammering in front of everyone ). Leaves are added to your account on monthly bases , so you have to accumulated your leaves for couple of months to take a long vacation. Saturday is working as well. No PF . No cab facilities . Salary hikes are jokes.
