Pros
Good training, decent incentives. Only good benefit is being able to switch your phone every 6 months.
Cons
Company will hold you financially responsible for any mistakes. If a phone is stolen and it can be blamed on you for not checking security systems, or not locking the safe, expect to pay for it. I've seen countless employees have to pay for phones out of their pockets for mistakes that can happen to anyone. Benefits are terrible. Healthcare is not very affordable. If you work in a low traffic area, then you probably won't meet quotas and won't get a commission check. Morale is very low at some stores because of corporate management. High turnover at most stores. Most employees don't stay for more than 3 or 4 months. Every one at corporate office is family, and it's very obvious that they are only looking out for themselves, with very little regard to their staff.
