Cross team communication can be improved as the company grows. Career paths could be more clearly defined for some roles.

Stabile projects, great people, and (most of the time) relaxed deadlines. Excellent work/life balance and genuine employee appreciation. Great office, amazing perks (annual trip, mindful events, etc...). Great environment overall.

I don't have many complaints really, but as in a lot of places, promotions can take years and often depend on overall business performance. At times, there seems to be a disconnect between job titles and actual contribution.
