2 Years bond whose terms and conditions change regularly depending on mood of MD No timely increment/Appraisal Worst MD who doesn't know anything about the oil industry as he is retired from any public sector bank (looking at his behavior one can easily tell why were nationalized banks were in loss as people like him reaches managerial positions based on there number of years spent there.) HR (better to be called Personal Secretary to MD) doesn't even know the roles and duties of an HR and is just sitting here to implement all the non-sense and disgusting rules which strikes in MD's narrow mind. No proper working conditions (They will exploit you to the fullest in ways even unimaginable by a normal working person). People signed contract of working 190 hrs/month but usually works here for more than 213 hrs/month and this is average. Even i have seen some people sitting here for more than 240hrs/month and MD takes pride in it and encourages others to follow the same . No cabs provided for both late and early working hrs. No proper salary slip Company is not registered any where so no benefits of applying for loan or anything which requires your income certificate Employees are always Trainee here for complete 2 years as MD is interested in saving EPF/PPF/Gratuity money and as you are about to become permanent employee the MD will try all sort of tricks to make u resign the company. No office boy so be ready to serve as complementary guard as well. No bonuses/Appreciation for employees even if they give more than 100% to the company. MD keeps on fighting with people like cats and dogs as he has to satisfy his EGO by proving everyone wrong. All the good reviews on glassdoor during the month of January and February 2019 were made by India team employees under the pressure of MD and HR and everyone was lying to save there jobs and to create a good image for increment which was to be done in coming months but everyone was duped by MD even here as well.
