      Pros

      Opportunities to explore new ways of working and creative angles, supportive environment. Remote working is a big plus, though it’s nice that the company still provides opportunities to meet colleagues in person. The people really do make the agency special!

      Cons

      It would be great to have a few more perks beyond remote working. While it’s expected in an agency environment, some last minute and quick turnaround requests could definitely be avoided with better planning.

      Pros

      I work at Moburst and I can confidently say it’s a great place to be. I regularly work with different departments on client projects, and everyone is supportive, efficient, and willing to pitch in wherever needed. One of the standout features of Moburst is its investment in AI tools and resources – the integration of AI has noticeably increased efficiency for us. It’s great to work at a company that encourages employees to leverage AI. The executive team is approachable and genuinely cares about the company’s culture and success. I would recommend working here. It’s a fantastic place to grow professionally, collaborate with talented people, and be part of a forward-thinking company culture.

      Cons

      Like any agency, this is a fast-paced environment with high client standards that teams are expected to meet.
