-Lots of bonus opportunities -Pay is good for the work involved -Enjoyed my coworkers and most customers -Paid vacation and other benefits
Cons
-Product quality and packaging has gotten worse over the 6.5 years that I was there, making lots of items arrive damaged, and customers in turn getting upset with sales reps -Paychecks are docked because of discounts given on broken items or people returning items that arrive damaged -Customer service department is small so customers don't feel like their needs are being met when there are issues -Concerns of sales reps hardly make it to HQ where decisions are made -Will work weekends unless you use PTO -Very little room for upward mobility in the company unless you speak French -No pay raise schedule. You have to request raises and be able to prove you deserve one.
