Pros

The clinics are clean and look impressive.

Cons

• The polished image is misleading and does not reflect reality. • Management shows favoritism and prioritizes self promotion over real work. • Trust is extremely low, so most people stay silent instead of speaking up. • Stress and yelling are part of daily operations. • Frequent turnover increases workloads for those who remain. • Not suitable unless you can handle constant uncertainty.

Pros

The experience has helped me develop new skills and become more comfortable in a clinical setting. I work alongside experienced professionals who contribute useful insights. The variety of cases keeps the work interesting. I continue expanding my knowledge every week.

Cons

The variety of daily responsibilities sometimes requires frequent task switching, which can be mentally demanding.

Pros

I think the compensation is decent, with average hourly rate and medical insurance. Free and automatic Modern Animal membership which gives you discounts on product and services.

Cons

What you see on the outside, isn’t what it actually is on the inside! You see friendly faces and accommodating staff, assistants, and vets, but in truth, the workplace is hostile with demanding seniors and management! We are overworked, stressed, and we basically just drag ourselves to work because we signed a contract. But as soon as the contract’s done in six months or a year, most would end it there and leave! Though a few still tries and give it a chance, or maybe they have more patience and endurance than others, but they would still end up leaving after the next contract expires! No one makes it permanent here. It’s just unbearable. The animals could maybe absorb all the negativity, but dealing with everything and everyone here is exhausting!
