Pros
I was surprised to see these lower ratings Maybe I got lucky with the location and timing of the people I worked with because my experience was pretty good considering it's a fast casual restaurant and working in food service is always one of the most irritating jobs. Training was more organized than many other places. Welcoming management and staff. The people that need to be fired will be fired. Cleaning company comes at night so no cleaning toilets or scrubbing floors! The food was great and nothing is fried. 90% of the customers are friendly and easy. DON'T BE THE 10% There should be more restaurants like this! If there was a mod market in my home state I would probably work there again.
Cons
The worst thing about this job was the job itself not the company. Bossy rude entitled and un-deserving customers that you will experience in any food service job. When people don't show up for their shift it makes your job harder. (Again this happens everywhere) I have truly never seen or experienced a rush hour quite like modern markets and I was told other stores were even worse. I'm talking balls to the wall line is out the door and for some reason people still pile in like it's the only place they can eat. You will get a break when that's actually possible.
