It used to be a family owned place, I loved working for the company at that time. The CEO Joe Favazzo was an amazing man to work for, he actually cared and took interest in his staff members, knowing each of them by name!! It was a fun place to work, with incentives for the employees, rewards and praise was given more than pointing out ones wrong doings..all things that make employees loyal to a company!! But things have went south and FAST...
Cons
We were acquired 3 times in 2 years, which makes things really uncertain. They keep the employees in the dark about everything, until the last minute. Of the senior staff still left, only 3 of them are good people. The rest of the senior staff throws their authority around, they are belittling, and extreme micro- managers.
