Pros
Some of their employees are outstanding. Their chief of staff knows what to do. Overall concept works New shiny office You'll get a nice easter egg and maybe an advent calender Some good benefits
Cons
Senior Management - lads club. Need to employ some grown ups. Lots of finger pointing but never address their own failings. Members of SLT have been protected for a long time with some awful behaviours covered up. The people team are only there to say yes to the boss. They are under the influence of the bosses wife too so don't trust them with anything. Dismissing staff too often. Little investment or belief in their staff.
