Sometimes job descriptions were not carried out or explained thoroughly.

The only good thing I have to say about being an MA here is the providers you work with are great and you can build a great relationship with them.

I could go on and on about the cons of being employed here. You have to fight for a raise each year, they continuously will push it off and then that is your new review date (until they push it off the next year). They have unnecessary probationary periods, meaning they stack on responsibilities and continue to do so and will not pay you for the jobs you are doing. They cram so many patients into a day you realistically do not get a lunch and chances of you ever getting out anywhere near 5pm are slim to none, you can expect to face consequences for overtime. If you are facing any kind of family emergency, grace will not be given. The owners barely know their employees and the office manager is less than ideal to work with. This company has 0 interest in keeping quality MA's leading to high turnover.
