Pros
The company management respect the employee's boundaries. Overtime isn't encouraged, and not allowed unless something urgent has piped up. Enjoy your 37,5 hours a week of work, no pressure. It's easy to fit personal life in the middle of your day, if you need it.
Cons
Whole I can't compare to many other companies, I often feel like the company doesn't organize enough parties and employee gathering - hence, not making it fun and nicely social. Also, the company is small, the products are limited. There is always so much you can grow
