      Pros

      - work is not very hectic. - there is no politics amongst the employees, but this is also because there is no growth ladder to climb upto.

      Cons

      - people are not incentivized to work harder or even do the job they are primarily hired to. - HR team is conservative and plays a lot of cheap tactics. - You are made to sit through months to get your deserved appraisals.

      Very difficult to work as management dose not clear cut vision and they are totally confused

      Cons

      Very high rate of employe turn around - it's like a startup - do not have any future plan for employee - always appoint employee for gathering data
