Pros
Management invests a lot of time into making sure that Modicum is a great work environment. While it's not common to really get excited about going to an office, in my time with the company, there have been very few days where I've woken up dreading having to go to work. Everyone is very personable, and its easy to make friends and feel welcome. Managers and senior staffs are very accommodating for time off requests, coming in late, or leaving early if needed. Lunch periods aren't time, and employees are treated like adults with the understanding that as long as your work is getting done, that's what matters.
Cons
The salary and bonuses will not blow you away, but they are fair when you consider the significant value given to work/life balance. Annual PTO allowances are underwhelming as well.
