Modis offers a decent environment to sharpen your teeth if you have no prior experience in recruitment. If you Play your cards right you can make decent money but don’t expect anything special. I find the company to be aggressively mediocre, with nothing that differentiates it from any other staffing agency out there. I made it into the presidents club during the year of 2021 and took home about $120 K. If you’re in the top fifth of producers, you can make that level of money but most employees will probably take home around 70 to 90 K in total compensation.
