2yThank you so much for your time with Modula. Every employee who passes through our doors is valued because we know the commitment they bring to us. We also strive to provide competitive pay and robust benefits to our employees in addition to a safe place to work. Thank you for your contribution in making Modula a great place to work! During the past few years, we have worked hard to implement processes and programs specifically designed to give the employees the tools and support they need to succeed. We have developed an upskilling program for our production employees, and most recently implemented a training and development programming for our managers and supervisors. It is our hope that with continued feedback and support from our employees, we will become the best company to work for and grow mutual success.
