Pros

While they do offer benefits, they are expensive and you have to wait an entire year before you're eligible to receive any paid time off ( unless your inn with ownership) The allotted time off after a year is only 5 days.

Cons

1.) Told in order to be paid while I was sick I had to work from home, Imagine having covid running a fever and being told during these times no sick pay for covid 2.) While they preach work-life balance and a family atmosphere, they are biased in how they treat the employees who work for them. Depending on the relationship that you have with upper management (e.g ownership) can make a complete difference in what your experience working for the company is like. 3.) Office staff has very hard limits on in and out time as well as when lunches are taken. (11 am every day) hounded or spoken down to otherwise for deviating. 4.) Atmosphere feels suffocating and unpleasant if you are not in good standing. It can become quite clear how they feel about you (lots of private conversations that should happen upfront or be told to the individual). Or worse you get called out in front of the whole team instead of having a private conversation like it should have been and then be told by HR they have the right to protect the company and look out for its best interest. Nothing was done inappropriately. 5.) level of professionalism is lacking in upper management, underhanded comments, sexual innuendos, inappropriate music for the workplace, cussing, and loud arguments on a regular basis in the office 6.) Little to No Opportunity For Growth 7.) Below Market Rate Compensation For Jobs
