      Pros

      Great atmosphere and company culture. Free Rhinegeist beer on tap. More beer stocked in the fridge. Free Red Bull in the fridge also. Great office location, right next to Findlay Market. Free work parking (nice to have in downtown Cincinnati).

      Cons

      Sometimes the beer gets tapped out quickly.
