      There are a lot of opportunities if you’re willing to go get things done. You’ll be able to learn and implement the job from 0-100.

      Cons

      No proper supervision, the job moves forward if you decide to take the next step. Else nobody cares. Company fails to recognize how much more work you’ve put in.
