      Pros

      Clean facility, nice employees and residents , interviewing was fairly easy . Lots of activities and events for residents to enjoy

      Cons

      Very poor management by wellness, very low noncompetitive pay, over worked nurses and care staff, 1 nurse on duty at all times for the amount of residents in this big facility is just not safe. Advise to nurses , stay far away from this place.

      Pros

      The Residents always make my day. For the past year, I have been building amazing relationships with my coworkers and the residents. It is a true community, and I feel like I am part of it. Work feels a lot like a second home, and I am glad that I have that in a place where I am happy to be!

      Cons

      The only con that I can think of is that I wish I accrued more vacation time at a faster rate. I like to travel with my family a lot, so we mostly stick to weekend getaways.
