Pros
The pay is decent, you get to see alot of the country and you usually get sunday off. Lots of overtime and per diem. Hotel and transportation is paid for. Alot of decent people.
Cons
Some of the supervisors have excessively bad attitudes. Rules and policies tend to change to suit management on a moment's notice. You're gonna get talked down to frequently. You are gone for long periods of time. (3-6 weeks+) Slow advancement.
