Interesting and varied - Operartions Manager Moley Robotics Employee Review

I work at Moley full-time for a few years. They may automate the kitchen someday. We got an amazing website and vision, I really like it as it will help me find another role soon after COVID-19.

Abusive, abrasive work environment. The exploitative atmosphere and chaos are just so bad. The entire company from sales to manufacturing is making it up as they go. The workload is driven by fear. You will not be able to take a vacation without fear and gossips. Most employees have no real experience in pushing a startup company to the finish line. You will receive zero support from HR as HR is extending CEOs mindest and hands-off. No proper growth path, no good work-life balance in the company, and our Dr. CEO, from Russia, is ignoring people's needs.

Great office location and a great team.

Non-existing workflow process, very angry management constantly insulting and terrorizing team members. Low pay and extensive working hours. I was furloughed on the second week of my start date and was still summoned to the office. And then, when I was hospitalized with severe Covid-19, I had received my contract termination letter. If it wasn't for the money and a really bad economic situation given pandemic, I would have left on the first day of my employment.
