Pros
Good product which is well respected within the industry, which was great for me asI was able to accept a role elsewhere in the industry for more than double the salary Moloco paid because of this - thanks guys! Lunch budget is a nice touch also, but I think staff would prefer fair pay instead. Would absolutely recommend to a friend just for what working here for a year has done for my career trajectory - if you can navigate your way through the ridiculous interview process.
Cons
Salary is far below industry standard and workloads are very high. Pressurised environment and atmosphere in the office is painful at best. High number of pointless internal calls, which go on after working hours 2-3 times a week. Work life balance is poor and staff are burning out left, right and centre. London office is also in the grottiest area, marketed as brick lane/spitalfields but being real its Tower Hamlets and walking back to the station after finishing work late feels like living dangerously. "Management" are new to it, which would be fine if they could cope with the pressure, but it's painfully evident they cannot which slows employee career growth and makes for a rather toxic environment. Lots of negative feedback (not me personally) from candidates who have been through the interview process and been "ghosted" rather than provided any sort of feedback.
