Pros

Like many said my co-workers are honestly the reason I stick around. I've met some brilliant yet friendly engineers who I feel like I can always seek mentorship from.

Cons

There isn't anything I can say here that hasn't been mentioned in the negative reviews. But yea, we have corporate management(community brands) that just doesn't seem to care or listen to the engineers; however, my local manager is great and it is often disheartening to know his ideas and concerns aren't respected because they go against the top level managements vision or profit goals. Benefits are trash. No seriously, we actually got an email from HR recently asking us to get a supplementary insurance so that we can save the company costs... that we are paying for... Company really wants us to know they're woke... this is something that just bugs me personally. I'm a minority but every webinar its always a group of white people patting themselves on the back for how "Innovative", "Inspiring", "Industry Leading", and "Diverse" our company is. I mean hey diversity is great, but as a non-white person this just comes across as deceiving. You guys claim you care about your employees with all these hashtags and catchy phrases but your actions have shown that you are willing to nickel and dime us at every corner. One review mentioned brown nosing, I'm glad I'm not the only one who noticed this. JP if you do read these... don't surround yourself with a bunch of yes-men, they'll only tell you what you want to hear, not what you need to hear.

Pros

Great front line leadership, hybrid schedule, great people to work with

Cons

Micromanagment, lots of decisions being made at the leadership level without thought to how it affects the org as a whole
