We know that current employees read this and we want to say publicly here that we are hiring, growing, and exceeding the expectations of our board. There are a small number of businesses where the needs have shifted, but this is a tiny number. I know that isn’t any solace if you are the person impacted. I also don’t want people who are working here to be worried. On the policy changes – yes, there are. We’re consciously moving our ops and our culture to be more people centric.
