Sales reps who are willing to work hard sell products that help employers solve difficult hiring challenges. There is a lot of inbound demand from customers, and sales reps have lots of tools and resources to help find demand from outbound efforts. The leadership team in Careers is strong and communicates regularly with the broader team. They want us to be successful.
Cons
Like most sales jobs, if you want to be very successful, you need to work hard. It is easy to get complacent with existing business, but to hit quotas you also must hunt. This means lots of activity every single day.
